Yoga is a practice or tradition in India to balance body, mind and spirit. Know the Duration of Program

Or do you prefer to combine this learning with your daily life and your occupations in a slower program? It all depends on your available time and what you seek with the course.

Remember that prices are not always proportional to the quality. Today yoga and its most fundamental principles have become a lucrative business and the most expensive is not necessarily to be the best one.
