Influence of Physical Exercise on Our Life

Physical exercise is any bodily action in order to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health. People perform physical exercises for various reasons such as strengthening muscles and cardiovascular system, weight management, and developing athletic skills or abilities. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, helps in the prevention of heart diseases, cardiovascular diseases, Type 2 diabetes, and obesity, burns fat, builds muscle, reduces stress and anxiety.

At first, the majority of us feel very lazy and difficult to do exercise. There is a misconception in our society that we should have to exercise 45 or 60 minutes per day to improve the physical fitness and overall health conditions. It is a truth that exercising for 45 or 60 minutes per day is an ideal time to achieve a better result. But, even if we exercise for about 10 minutes per day can effectively make better changes in our health and fitness. All of us have 24 hours in a day, we cannot control our time but we can control how we deal with the circumstances in our life. So that it is possible for us to find time for doing exercises by handing our daily activities in an arranged manner. Skipping rope is one of the most effective exercises that any one can follow regularly. According to exercise researches, 10 minutes of skipping rope has the equal effect of 30 minutes walking. Regular skipping rope exercise has various advantages such as increases flexibility in arms (in wrist and shoulder area), improves stamina, strengthens legs muscles (in calves and thighs area), burns fat around the stomach, and eliminates toxins through sweat. Several health fitness clubs and centers are actively present in our living area. Some people consider that they don’t want to waste a portion of their life by going to fitness clubs. The actual reason for this presumption is that these kinds of people feel lazy to go fitness center and take physical exercise. We don’t even have to go to fitness centers and clubs to maintain a good physical fitness and overall health. Home workout is enough to make an effective and better development in our physical and mental fitness. Home workouts include:

1. Push Up

Regular push up exercise helps to develop strong muscles on chest, back, triceps.

2. Bent Knee Push Up

This type of push up is especially suitable for beginners who struggle with the correct form using a full push up.

These are just some of the effective home workout that anyone can practice regardless of age, sex or physical ability. You have to remember that home workout exercises are unable to build mass muscles on body. For gaining mass on your body, you have to take weight training at fitness center. But, there is no doubt that home workout can build muscles on body to a certain extend and effectively improve your fitness.

The benefits of flexibility include preventing from injury, improves range of motion in joints, enhance circulation, increase elasticity of muscles, and increase metabolism. Exercise can not only improve your physical fitness but also mental fitness. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Regular exercise has proven to reduce stress, move away anxiety and feelings of depression, boost self esteem, improve sleep.

So we can conclude that the importance and influence of exercise cannot be excluded from our life.
